Are you pregnant? Would you like to find out about breastfeeding your baby?

In my two hour breastfeeding workshop we will discuss:

• the basics of breastfeeding – how it works
• how to breastfeed – positions to use and how to latch your baby
• how to avoid problems – and where to get help if you need it
• what to expect when breastfeeding – yours and your baby’s needs

Statistics show around 90% of women plan to breastfeed, yet by six weeks after birth, only around 30% of mums are still breastfeeding. A lack of support and information can often be a reason that mums find breastfeeding difficult.
This class will help you feel prepared & get breastfeeding off to a good start so that both you and your baby can enjoy the many benefits that breastfeeding provides.

“Being able to ask all the questions in the relaxed and supportive environment created by Sarah gave me the confidence and knowledge to trust my instincts, but also know when to ask for help. It gave us a fantastic foundation in those important early days helping us focus on enjoying and bonding with our baby.”
